  For starters , they dont continuously do your hair. They will start on your head and then to another. Very unprofessional. They don't let you pay at the end like any normal salon. They ask for their money in the middle of doing your hair. It's very noisy. They are very unorganized , the prices are off the wall , and the store is awfully dirty. They are rude. I asked for box braids, showed them a picture to clarify they could do them. They were very sure they could do them. I got there at 8:37 didn't leave till about 8 that night. Would have been done a lot sooner if they hadn't stopped my head to work on someone else's. Maybe they need to get more workers in there. The owner was doing someone's head and stopped and said she needed a 20 minute nap. That is very unprofessional and I will never go there again.

  They really don’t deserve 1 star. They don’t listen to what you want. You leave out of there with a hair style that you didn’t ask for and very unhappy. Very unprofessional. I’m totally finished with them
