  Dear Owner,
  
  Ghetto customer service. The old woman who works here has employed her son and daughter-in-law to work the rest of the hours.
  
  1. The old woman is always making racist remarks to the people washing the clothes! She hates Mexicans, Whites, and everyone except African Americans... you will find out when she opens her mouth!
  
  2. Her son and daughter-in-law who work in the afternoon always bring their infant child to the laundry and shout at the infant threatening to hit her! They use the pool sticks to sword fight and um this is not a step show... they are so loud it's like they were never schooled about manners. THE OWNER NEEDS TO WATCH THE CAMERA'S! 3/14/14
  
  3. The old woman is always smoking right outside the door and eating fried chicken inside so your fresh laundry stinks! Jeez, we are not spending our money on washing clothes to have them smell like her!
  
  4. The staff needs to be reprocessed, these three have made this place into a ghetto, child-abusing-racist-ranting place. If you hate whites and mexicans so much WHY ARE YOU GETTING YOUR PAY CHECK FROM THIS LAUNDRY??
  
  FOR ONCE I'd like this woman who works in the morning to keep quite and act like she is at work not chilling and getting paid for talking crap about the world she has no knowledge about because she clearly has never left the ghetto.
  
  I'd like the owner's information so I can call him up myself.
